Teacher's instructions

(1) Be sure to go over the general instructions with the students before they start working alone. Check that they understand how the task and links are working.

(2) Have students work in pairs or even in groups. They should write the answers to the questions as they work.

(3) Once they finish the basic questions, they should make an itinerary for their tour and decide whether they like their tour or one of the other tours better. Have the students share their tours with the class. Which ones are the best?

(4) Remember, web activities are great for starting oral interaction among students, especially if they are doing the tasks in pairs or groups.
